Experienced Software Engineer – NodeJS
As a Software Engineer in brightly, you’ll be tackling technical challenges of different levels of complexity. We are looking for a colleague who is aware that advancement in technical skills is necessary, but soft skills are equally important. As a team consisting of mainly senior and medior level engineers, we value ownership, responsibility, proactivity, and clear communication.
If you have:
- · Strong core JS knowledge
- Experience with some Node.js frameworks (Express, Nest, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of OOP/FP principles
- Experience in working with different DBs and ORMs
- Understanding of REST, microservices, CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
- Willingness and ability to communicate clearly and effectively directly with our clients
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Experience using Git in a professional/workplace environment
- Self-motivated and self-managing personality, with great organizational skills.
We will consider as a great plus if you additionally have:
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with Java/ C#
- Experience with some frontend JS frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
You will:
- Build scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant systems and solutions according to client requirement
- Develop new features according to client requirements
- Communicate with clients
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, planning
- Prototype systems that meet the project quality standards and requirement
- Keep up with the industry trends
